Chairman of AFROCOM I.N. Morozov made a one-hour presentation on "Global Interests and Imposed Restrictions" at the International Congress "Africa Seeks Solutions", which started on December 12 at the Saint Petersburg Mining University under the leadership of Rector V.S. Litvinenko. The event was attended by Ministers of Mining Industry and Education from over than 40 African countries.
