The event will start at 11:00 Moscow time and will be held in a hybrid format: on the platform of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and online. Working languages of the Forum are Russian and English (simultaneous translation is available).

The forum will be moderated by Igor Morozov, Senator of the Russian Federation and Chairman of AFROCOM.

The event will also be attended by:
- Ambassadors of Russia, Ethiopia and Djibouti;
- Representatives of Ministries (Economy, Investment, Natural Resources, Tourism) of Ethiopia and Djibouti;
- Chambers of Commerce of both countries.
- Business representatives from Ethiopia and Djibouti.

The event is aimed at raising awareness of small and medium-sized regional Russian businesses of the investment potential of Ethiopia and Djibouti as well as for the development of bilateral trade and economic relations.

The forum will include the dates for business missions to Ethiopia and Djibouti, which are organised by the Coordinating Committee for Economic Cooperation with Africa, which is preparing to launch Russian Business Support Centres in those countries in the near future.
