On February 16, Chairman of AFROCOM, Russian Senator Igor Morozov held a working meeting with Akambi Andre Okunlola Biau, Ambassador of the Republic of Benin in the Russian Federation.

Both parties discussed the prospects of relations between Russia and Benin, identified the most promising areas for cooperation, and outlined the steps to create a successful implementation plan.

Let’s not forget that Russia recently sent to Benin 100,000 doses of Sputnik Lite vaccine as humanitarian aid.
